Hi there, I'm Staci! Are you a kid or teenager who is struggling managing all the things going on in your life? It's tough balancing school, home, friendships, and all the other aspects of being a kid. I have been a mental health provider for schools for almost 10 years and specialize in ages 5-19y. Together, we can help identify stressors and helpful coping strategies to manage them. It's not easy growing into adulthood - but, I am here to support and empower you to face everyday with confidence. I understand that seeking therapy and extra support can feel overwhelming and/or scary, but I am here to walk with you and work together on your goals. Summer is a great window to build skills before the next school year begins, I will be offering a short-term, 6-8 weeks, treatment plan focused on school related issues and readiness. The goal is to help strengthen skills to feel more confident, regulated, and prepared to start the next year off on the right foot.
