Hello, I am an LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) practicing in california. I can see you in person/telehealth. I have 12 yrs experience in the field and I am passionate about what I do. I received my MA degree at Antioch University. I want to help you become the best version of yourself. Together we can do the work.
In our first session we will start with intros and getting to know each other. Then I can help you move forward with with challenges you may be facing.
I am warm, empathic, and personable. Ive also been told I am funny and I think that can be a good thing.
I love working with both young adults and older adults or anywhere in-between.

Ashlee is kind, compassionate and smart. She’s very good at discussing challenges with compassion and thoughtful objectivity. She has helped me reframe some of the my thinking, which has allowed me to grow, feel happier, and get to this place... where I feel ready to move forward without therapy. Thanks for everything!

I’m very thankful to have Ashlee as my therapist. She is very warm, encouraging, challenging me to grow, and she provides a safe environment for me to be transparent. From where I was last year to now, I can say I’m not the same person. Now, I am living and growing in life. Ashlee has helped me to build skills in believing and taking care of myself and resetting my mindset where I can be safe again. Life is so much more joyful when I started therapy and having Ashlee be apart of my growth.
