Jennifer always likes to come back around and see what I improved on and how that should be celebrated, ,and what could use continued improvement and sometimes will just listen and circle back to what I was feeling in that moment and why that may be. It is insightful and extremely helpful. It validates all the work that we have both been putting in to help improve not only my mental health but my overall quality of life.
