My strength lies in working with people who exhibit symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, emotional trauma, addiction, anger management, bipolar, and grieving. My integrated therapeutic approach incorporates several therapeutic modalities to help them live a fulfilling life.
I prefer working with the adults and older adults My favorite kind of clients value my advice and care without going too far or overboard, and they seek my assistance and expertise. They are straightforward about boundaries and will ask clarifying questions if they are unclear.
CBT has been part of my practice for over two years. Dozens of clients have found it useful in reducing Depression, anxiety and addressing recurring emotions. We'll utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to figure out how your thoughts, feelings, and actions interact. Following that, we will then apply that understanding to improve your thought habits, allowing you to live a less anxious and stressful life.
I’ve been incorporating psycho-education in my psychotherapy visits to increase the patient's awareness, reduce the number of relapses and increase the patients' quality of life.
I utilized supportive approach to foster a good, helpful, and empathetic relationship with my patients.
