Hello and welcome! I’m Evan. As a trans therapist, I am passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community. I believe that healing doesn’t always have to feel heavy — it can happen through laughter, connection, and honest conversations. I deeply value building strong, genuine relationships with my clients and bring a down-to-earth, positive energy to every session. And when it does get heavy, I’m here to offer safety, compassion, and support.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Therapy isn’t 'one size fits all.' I meet clients where they are and help them reach their goals in a way that feels natural. In a safe, judgment-free virtual space, I support healing and growth. My approach is unique to each client, often using positive psychology to maximize strengths and highlight joy, rather than focusing only on areas of challenge.

I work mainly with folks in the queer community, helping them explore and embrace their identities around gender and sexuality. I also support clients who are working through trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and low self-esteem.

CBT is all about noticing the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Together, we look at the patterns that might be keeping you stuck and find practical ways to shift them so you can feel more balanced and in control.
