Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Connecticut. I received my Masters from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT and have been practicing for 4 years. I help my clients navigate through their current struggles; whether it be stress, anxiety or any specific issue; we work together to come up with the best plan to become the best version of yourself!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. Starting therapy can be awkward, uncomfortable and unnerving, but with me, you will learn quickly that I am laid back and here to help. I like to laugh, joke and make you feel comfortable.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength as a provider is that I am relatable. We all experience similar struggles in our own ways and nobody is perfect. Using this approach allows for a deeper alliance between my clients and I that allows you to feel comfortable and open to share without fear of being judged.

My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

This is for someone who struggles with social anxiety, continued stress and depression. Through this method, we work to accept our reactions, stay present and make choices that allow us to take action.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

This is a great option if you have a short-term goal that you want to achieve. Through this method, I will provide you with the support and accountability to achieve your goal!

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

This is for someone who wants to increase their self-awareness. We work to be present and aware of your thoughts, feelings and experience from moment to moment.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

This method is really where you take lead. Some people heal best by openly discussing your experiences and challenges. In this method, we take a look at what is going on and you are really in the driver seat and utilize my support on how to best handle the situation.
