Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based out of San Diego, California. I graduated with my MSW from University of Southern California in 2018. I enjoy working on issues like self-esteem, body image, healthy relationships, attachment and trauma. I work well with clients who are seeking therapy for the first time and possibly feeling anxious about the process.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During the first session, I ask lots of questions but there is no pressure to dive into anything too fast. I try to get a sense of what the client is looking for and come to an agreement on next steps.
