In your first session, I will collect background information and assist you with developing an individualized treatment plan. Your treatment plan is composed of the goals that you would like to achieve at the end of therapy and the steps that I will take to support you.
The treatment modalities that I typically use include cognitive behavioral therapy, reality therapy, and person-centered treatment.
I have spent the last decade focusing on specializing in substance use disorders and the co-occurring diagnoses most frequently identified with them. In the last three years, I returned to also working with adolescents given the increase in stress, anxiety, and depression, and identify based disorders that they have experienced since COVID.
