What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session together we will do brief introductions and then try to cover what challenges you are facing. This will help us create a specific treatment plan for us to work through in follow up sessions.

I use a solution focused approach to find practical solutions by talking with you and putting an emphasis on strengths and improving self confidence. I also utilize Cognitive therapy to help you identify and change negative thoughts and behaviors. I help you understand how thoughts, feelings and behavior are all connected.

My biggest strength is my ability to sense what others are thinking and feeling, show acceptance and be able to understand and identify with other's experiences. I enjoy working with adults with anxiety and depression and mood disorders.
