I am dedicated to helping them navigate through difficult times in their lives. I teach my client how to manage stress related to jobs, family problems, and losses throughout their lifetime. I am using elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to relieve the burdens of symptoms and make recovery from mental health symptoms long-lasting.
