I am passionate about helping women find connection within themselves to help them move from a place of isolation and frustration to connection and satisfaction. I work extensively with individuals to help them 1) navigate through their struggles, 2) make sense of their lives, and 3) reconnect with who and what truly matters to them.
Using the highly researched and supported EFT model of therapy along with the therapeutic relationship, we can work together toward your growth and well being.
Clients gain insight and understanding about what causes them to repeat negative cycles in their relationships, what maintains the negative patterns, and how to break them. Individuals I work with discover, understand and accept who they are in Christ, and learn how to use the insights gained to help them give and receive the love they want and make decisions about their future that align with their God-given purpose and calling.
