Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I have always been intrigued by people's stories. Just as every story is unique so are the people who live them. Therapy should feel more like a conversation between two people. I use a person-centered approach to help you feel safe, supported, and empowered. You are the expert on you! I am here to help you identify your strengths and build on what's already present to become the best version of yourself. Personal growth is a personal journey, not a destination.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

I am eclectic in my approach to therapy. I apply my knowledge and training from years of experience working with individuals of diverse ages and backgrounds. I utilize techniques from CBT, DBT, and EMDR. I am also trained in motivational interviewing and family systems therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have a passion for helping others heal and one part of that is seeking to understand using a non-judgemental approach. I am empathetic, patient, and accepting, and my goal is to help you feel relaxed, validated, and heard.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Those suffering with anxiety, depression, and family issues. Also trained in trauma and personality disorders.
