LMHC, 7 years of experience
Hi there, my name is Mary! Are you struggling to find balance, set boundaries, and overcome past trauma? Are you looking for tools that can help you cope with anxiety, decrease depression, and improve interpersonal relationships? Together we can identify what's holding you back so can live the life you envision.
I have always been intrigued by people's stories. Just as every story is unique so are the people who live them. Therapy should feel more like a conversation between two people. I use a person-centered approach to help you feel safe, supported, and empowered. You are the expert on you! I am here to help you identify your strengths and build on what's already present to become the best version of yourself. Personal growth is a personal journey, not a destination.
I am eclectic in my approach to therapy. I apply my knowledge and training from years of experience working with individuals of diverse ages and backgrounds. I utilize techniques from CBT, DBT, and EMDR. I am also trained in motivational interviewing and family systems therapy.
I have a passion for helping others heal and one part of that is seeking to understand using a non-judgemental approach. I am empathetic, patient, and accepting, and my goal is to help you feel relaxed, validated, and heard.
Those suffering with anxiety, depression, and family issues. Also trained in trauma and personality disorders.
Mary Braden offers therapy covered by Managed Health Services (Managed Medicaid), Medicaid - Managed Health Services and UnitedHealthcare/Optum - Medicaid in Indiana.
