I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience providing support to children, adolescents, and young adults. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, school stress, peer and family relationships, and life transitions. I offer teletherapy services in a supportive, down-to-earth environment where clients can feel comfortable being themselves while building emotional awareness, confidence, and practical coping skills. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, with a focus on helping clients feel understood while developing tools they can use in their daily lives.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session will be a time for us to get to know each other and talk more about what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background, current concerns, and what you’re hoping to work on. This brief assessment helps me learn how to best support you and allows us to begin creating a treatment plan that feels effective, personalized, and supportive. My goal is to make you feel comfortable, heard, and at ease as we start this process together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths is my ability to quickly build rapport with children and adolescents, creating a space where they feel comfortable opening up and being themselves. I incorporate engaging, creative, and age-appropriate activities to help younger clients express themselves and stay involved in the process. I also value working collaboratively with parents by providing clear summaries, practical strategies, and tools that can be used at home to support growth and consistency. My approach is down-to-earth, approachable, and often includes a bit of humor, helping clients feel at ease while still making meaningful progress.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults who are navigating anxiety, school-related stress, peer relationships, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, having difficulty managing big emotions, or struggling to communicate their needs effectively. I create a warm, supportive, and down-to-earth space where clients feel safe to be themselves while building emotional regulation skills, confidence, and stronger communication. My approach is both compassionate and practical, helping clients develop tools they can use in their daily lives to feel more successful at school, in relationships, and within themselves.
