In our first session, You can expect a warm, supportive, and non judgmental space where you feel safe to share your thoughts and feelings openly. We'll spend time getting to know one another and beginning to build a trusting therapeutic relationship. At a pace that feels comfortable for you. I will also complete an initial clinical assessment to better understand your needs, goals, and what brings you to therapy. Together, We'll start identifying patterns, challenges, and strengths that can guide our work. When appropriate, I'll introduce practical coping strategies or tools that you can begin using right away. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and with the clearer sense of direction moving forward.
My greatest strengths as a therapist are my warmth, empathy, and ability to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel truly understood. I take an encouraging, strengths based approach, helping clients identify what brings them meaning., fulfillment, in a sense of direction in their lives. I combine thoughtful clinical assessment and insightful with practical, evidence based techniques, often drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy. CBT. My goal is not to only help clients gain deeper understanding, but also to equip them with tools they can use in their daily lives to create lasting, meaningful changes.
