You want to feel better, but life has shown up, and now you feel depressed, anxious, lonely, or angry. Has your self-esteem dropped? Are you struggling in your relationships? Do you: Berate yourself? Use drugs, alcohol, or other compulsive behaviors to cope with life? Do you have unresolved grief, trauma, or shame? Do you believe the lies your inner critic tells you? If YES, you've found the right place to transform your life. I provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental setting, using evidence-based theories that fit your situation. "Thank you Clint! I have finally taken control of my emotions and like myself today" -Kim. I treat depression, anxiety, anger, shame, negativity, addictions, trauma, and other challenges. I've worked through many similar problems myself and can connect with most populations: I teach clients how to heal from within. I help process Alt Sex/ Kink, sexuality, gender, and orientation issues. "I really appreciate your help and feel so much better" -Ed. Most problems start with the relationship we have with ourselves. When we change ourselves, we often solve our issues. Together, we'll assess your issue and process your past to change your inner core beliefs. Do you want to feel better? Invest 15 minutes and call to discuss how I can help you. "Thank you for helping put our family back together" -Caroline.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I want to fully understand what your greatest hope or outcome of therapy will be. Seeing the world through your eyes will establish rapport, allowing us to build a therapeutic foundation of trust to then move towards your successful outcome, making your greatest hope a reality.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

In therapy, I provide a safe, caring, and nonjudgmental environment and use evidence-based therapies to help you meet your goals. If you are looking for more in-depth work, I enjoy helping individuals heal from their attachment wounds and traumas, overcome their shame, develop a positive relationship with themselves, and become their best selves.

My treatment methods

Eclectic

Every client deserves personalized therapy. Any cookie-cutter, popularized method does not suit the individual's needs.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Any improvement to our lives that promotes healing, growth, or recovery begins and ends with ourselves. And ourselves begins with howe mindful we are of our constant thoughts about ourselves, others, and the world in which we live.

Compassion Focused

Compassion is different than sympathy or empathy. Most therapists have great empathy but fail to take action. Compassion focused includes both sympathy and empathy, but those do not include taking action. Compassion means doing something specific to help alleviate abnother's (or our own) pain and suffering.

Existential

The existential approach is not taught in therapists' curriculum. Existential therapy is highly misunderstood or vague at best. However, every individual's underlying needs in therapy require an approach rooted in their existence. This existence demands addressing the obvuscated concerns that all humans have, regardless of their 'presenting problem' ort issues. These concerns or forces are constant, unconscious, and pervasive. These forces of life are most often ignored in therapy. These concerns are death anxiety, freedom, ultimate isolation, and meaninglessness.
