The first session will be our time to get to know one another and discuss what has brought you to therapy. I want you to feel that you have the opportunity to share as much as you can about your goals and what you want to work through during our time together. This will also be an opportunity for you to ask me any questions you may have about the therapeutic process, my approach, and what your needs are. I know the first session may bring some nerves and I will do my best to ensure that you feel safe and comfortable.
What stands out about my therapeutic approach is the way I blend depth with practicality — heart-centered healing with evidence-based methods. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with mindfulness and somatic awareness, helping clients not only understand their thought patterns but also feel and live differently. In session, I use CBT to help clients recognize unhelpful beliefs and gently challenge the inner critic, while also teaching grounding tools that reconnect them to their body’s wisdom. My clients often describe our work as both eye-opening and soothing — like learning to untangle mental knots. I bring warmth, humor, and authenticity to the process. My greatest strength is creating a space where clients feel truly seen and equipped with concrete strategies to regulate emotions, shift perspectives, and move toward a balanced, empowered way of being. Clients often tell me they feel seen, understood, and empowered to create sustainable change instead of quick fixes. I focus on helping people regulate their nervous systems, build self-trust, and return to a sense of balance.
I am so passionate about working with those who are looking to heal from infidelity trauma, parenting as a single mom/dad, life post-divorce, anticipatory grief, and bereavement, and management of anxiety. My role is to help empower you to believe in your own strengths and lead a life full of quality and peace!

It integrates mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral techniques to cultivate a compassionate mindset, which can alleviate distress and enhance emotional resilience in therapy

I had my first visit with her recently. I felt comfortable with her immediately. The surroundings in the office were very comfortable. I was very not sure what to expect when the session began. I was able to speak from the heart , share things that I have kept in for a long time. I am very happy that I found her, I have a journey ahead of me but working with Diana is going to make it better.
