I am a passionate and dedicated Bilingual Clinical Therapist, committed to providing compassionate and effective mental health services to individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. With fluency in two languages, I bridge the communication gap and create a safe, non-judgmental environment for my clients to explore their emotions, challenges, and personal growth. My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from various evidence-based modalities to address the unique needs of each individual I work with. I am fluent in both English and Spanish allowing me to conduct therapy sessions in the native language of my clients. This linguistic proficiency enables me to establish a deeper connection and cultural understanding with clients who may feel more comfortable expressing themselves in their mother tongue.
In our first session, my goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where you feel heard and understood. We’ll spend time getting to know each other, exploring what brought you to therapy, and discussing your goals and expectations. I’ll explain my approach and how we might work together, and we’ll collaborate to identify the areas you’d like to focus on. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions about the process, so you can feel comfortable and confident as we begin our work together.
