I am a passionate and creative Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes deeply in the power of storytelling, self-expression, and healing through connection. I earned my degree from the University of West Florida and am a Miami native with Latino roots, bringing a culturally aware and community-grounded perspective to my work. As a writer at heart, I view each person’s story as meaningful and worthy of care, and I work alongside children, adolescents, and young adults to help them reclaim their voice and sense of self. I bring a warm, nonjudgmental approach to therapy and strive to create a space where clients feel safe, supported, and encouraged to show up exactly as they are. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices while also embracing creativity and play. I enjoy incorporating play therapy, art, creative expression, and affirmations to support self-esteem, empowerment, and resilience. Whether working with K-12 students or young adults navigating life transitions, trauma, or emotional challenges, my goal is to help clients build self-love, confidence, and tools that feel authentic to their lives. Together, we focus on growth, healing, and creating meaning even through difficult experiences.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

You can expect a space where you can just be yourself. No pressure, no judgment. We can work through the hard stuff together, build tools that actually make sense for your life, and help you feel more in control, more grounded, and more you again.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I use evidence-based approaches like Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Motivational Interviewing. My goal is to help support clients in navigating pain while building resilience, meaning, and hope.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with individuals navigating life transitions or challenging periods who are seeking clarity, personal growth, and emotional resilience. My ideal clients are motivated to engage in self-reflection and open to exploring their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors in a safe, nonjudgmental space. They may be experiencing stress, anxiety, or feelings of being “stuck,” and are looking for practical guidance to build coping skills, strengthen relationships, and overcome self-doubt or limiting beliefs. Together, we focus on cultivating self-awareness, emotional regulation, and empowerment so clients can move forward with confidence and purpose in their lives.

My treatment methods

Trauma-Focused CBT

I use TF-CBT because it provides effective, evidence-based tools to help clients process and heal from trauma in a safe and structured manner. It supports building resilience while reducing trauma-related symptoms and fostering hope for the future.

Motivational Interviewing

I use Motivational Interviewing to help clients explore their own values and motivations for change in a supportive, non-judgmental way. It empowers individuals to take ownership of their growth, which strengthens long-term progress. My goal is to help in navigating pain while building resilience, meaning, and hope.

Narrative

I use Narrative Therapy to help clients explore and reframe the stories they tell about themselves. By separating from challenges and focusing on strengths and values, clients gain new perspectives, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives.
