I am a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist located in Temecula, California. I have experience working in various settings and populations, including working with foster youth, young children, transitional aged youth (16-25), and adults struggling with life difficulties which can include and not limited to concerns with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family problems, and trauma etc. I have provided psychosocial evaluations and therapy for hundreds of individuals struggling with various psychiatric disorders and challenges. I also have significant work experience conducting groups and parenting classes. Additional experience includes years of work in outpatient community mental health, as well as work in Intensive Services Foster Care, a program which provides specialized mental health and behavioral support services to children who have a history of complex traumas, psychiatric hospitalization, and failed placements in the foster care system in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
No two people are the same and my work looks unique with each individual. I utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

I currently provide individual therapy for individuals struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Relational problems, and Trauma.
