I have worked over the past 11 years in substance abuse, family transitions and learning how to overcome life challenges. I utilize an integrated approach when working with you and your family in hopes to identify and create a plan to support your goals! Life is full of choices and making positive, healthy choices can be challenging without support. Let's face your challenges together and learn how to create a new start! I am a biracial individual who understands the challenges people are facing with feeling accepted and learning how to feel confident and express themselves. I look forward to assisting you with building a strong foundation. My history of working with individuals who experience substance abuse allows for greater compassion and a strategic plan to reset your life. Look forward to working together!
In our first session together, we’ll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you’re facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through during our time together.

My first meeting with Laurin exceeded my expectations. I finally feel like I have someone that will really push me and support me in the growth I need to live a better life. Feeling hopeful for the first time in a long time! Definitely recommend.

Love Laurin! She’s so fun to talk to & works with you to help find real solution's and strategies. As a mom, she’s super relatable and gives a judgement free zone to vent, listen & prioritize all the things life throws at you. Highly recommend!
