New to Grow
Hi everyone, my name is Christine, I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist serving adults in California. Throughout the past several years I have worked in community mental health, school based settings, and I currently provide training and supervision to newly registered therapists. I am passionate about helping individuals improve their self-esteem, work toward their goals, and feel a sense of purpose in their life. Through the lens of cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems, and solution focused framework, I use a holistic approach to connecting with my clients. My goal is to expand on the strengths you already have and use the tools that align with your values in order to see improvement in your daily life.
Your first session will include a brief psychosocial assessment to get to know you, your background, and your needs for therapy. We will collaborate to develop goals and a plan for your treatment!
I provide a very warm and collaborative approach during session and invite ongoing feedback regarding your treatment, discussions and progress.
I provide therapy to clients experiencing anxiety, depression, the aftermath of trauma, ptsd, struggles in relationships, individuals working through communication blocks, boundary setting, or processing the emotional landscape of life transitions, codependency, high-functioning professionals, creatives, or helping professionals who excel in many areas of life but find themselves feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their authentic selves. My clients are often introspective, deeply motivated for change, and ready to look beneath the surface of their daily stressors to understand the deeper patterns at play.

I identify as
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
My approach using CBT, is very collaborative and grounded in your everyday reality. Together, we will explore your automatic thoughts, emotional responses, behaviors and how these each feed into each other. We will not only talk about why you feel stuck, we will map out your current patterns, test new perspectives, and create realistic actionable steps for you to practice between sessions.
