I ’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides a supportive, judgment-free space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, and self-esteem concerns. My approach is collaborative and individualized, combining evidence-based strategies with compassion, authenticity, and practical tools to help clients better understand themselves, build healthier coping skills, and create meaningful change.
In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know one another and creating a space where you feel comfortable being yourself. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what’s currently happening in your life, and what you hope to gain from our work together. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out—we’ll identify your goals together and begin developing a plan that feels realistic and meaningful to you.
One of my greatest strengths is my ability to connect with clients in a genuine and relatable way. I bring warmth, compassion, curiosity, and a little humor when appropriate, while also creating space for honest conversations and growth. My approach is collaborative and practical—I meet clients where they are, help them recognize patterns and strengths, and work alongside them to develop tools that feel realistic and useful in everyday life.
My ideal client is someone who is ready to better understand themselves, even if they’re not quite sure where to begin. They may be navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, or simply feeling stuck. I enjoy working with clients who are open to reflection, honest conversation, and trying new approaches. You don’t have to come to therapy with all the answers—just a willingness to show up and work toward meaningful change.
I use CBT to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and build practical skills to manage emotions, behaviors, and everyday stressors.
I use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help clients identify their strengths, recognize what is already working, and develop practical steps toward their goal.
I use Motivational Interviewing to help clients explore their thoughts and feelings about change, strengthen motivation, and build confidence in making choices that align with their goals.
I create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and accepted while exploring their experiences and developing greater self-awareness and confidence.
