At your first session, we’ll take the time to explore your mental health together in a comfortable, supportive space. I’ll review your current concerns, history, and any medications you’ve taken, and we’ll work toward a thoughtful diagnosis. My approach is holistic — I look at the whole person, not just symptoms — and I’ll make sure you have plenty of time to share your story and understand what’s going on. I’ll also explain any medications you’re taking or that we might consider, so you feel informed and confident about your care. It’s all about helping you know yourself better and finding the best path forward together.
My greatest strengths in mental health care are my compassion, empathy, and genuine respect for the people who trust me with their care. I listen closely and strive to truly understand each person’s story. With broad experience treating a wide range of mental health conditions across different settings, I tailor my approach to meet each individual’s unique needs. Whether through medication, non-pharmacological interventions, or simply being a steady, supportive presence, my goal is always to help patients manage their symptoms so they can function and thrive in their communities. I consider it the highest privilege to serve the person right in front of me.
My ideal patient is simply anyone who chooses to come see me. I consider it a true privilege to care for people, no matter their background or the symptoms they’re experiencing. I see the human being in front of me first—never defined by a diagnosis—and I do not discriminate. I listen closely, collaborate on a care plan that fits their life, and provide regular follow-ups to ensure we’re making meaningful progress together. To me, the best patient is anyone who trusts me enough to be part of their journey.

All around awesome counselor when I'm down he tells me jokes to get me laughing Non-Stop I wouldn't change him for the world no other counselor but him he understands me I can have a conversation with him very awesome thank you guys my anxieties where it needs to be I appreciate everything but yes he's a five star counselor
