Hi There I am Maria Miranda Bilingual Spanish/English Therapist I'm here to help you!!. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues, works issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, PTSD, etc. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hang-ups and habits holding you back. Let's work together! Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit.
Together, we will identify your challenges and goals - where you want your life to be a month, six months, a year from now. Then, we'll identify options and strategies you can use to get there. You'll leave the session with a better understanding of what you're facing with an "actions I can take right now" approach. There will always be room for suggestions concerning our work together, including keeping each other accountable.
Confidentiality, creativity, compassion, acceptance, solution oriented, unique. Having worked as therapist for the past 19 years.

I can’t wait to start working with her more as this was my 1st session. She seems to be a great therapist and the best part too is that she’s bilingual.
