Nice to meet you, I'm Rosalie! Are you looking for a safe space to unload some of your worries? I believe in motivation, empowerment, and strengths-based communication. Let's reduce feelings of anxiety, stress, or discomfort by identification and using solution focused conversations. I believe in mindfulness to help you get back on track. I believe in active and supportive listening to help get to root causes of concerns. I can help those experiencing anxiety or stress find balance. Having trouble building new relationships or coping with past relationships? I can help you work through these feelings in hopes of bringing you acceptance and peace. Do you have past trauma? Taking the step to talk about trauma can feel scary. You deserve to have a space to heal and grow. With over ten years of experience in working with victims of crimes, I hope to offer you an opportunity to process and begin your healing journey. I welcome the chance to be a place of comfort for those experiencing grief. Losing a loved one can understandably cause such a shift and possibly derail our lives. I hope to walk through these life challenges and changes with you, in hopes of giving you the best chance to re-write your journey. Be assured that you will be met with evidence-based techniques and practice. Let's work together to identify what's missing or not working in your environment, in order to work towards positive changes, healing and growth!
