I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Connecticut, and I’m passionate about helping people move toward the best version of themselves. I bring an energetic, flexible, and collaborative approach to therapy, meeting clients exactly where they are and supporting them through life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. I earned my MSW from Capella University and have been working in the field for four years. As a newly licensed LCSW, I’m committed to continued growth, learning, and providing high‑quality care. I draw from a variety of interventions to tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs, whether you’re navigating difficult emotions, adjusting to major life changes, or working to strengthen your sense of self. My goal is to empower you, support your healing, and help you build the tools you need to move forward with confidence. This is a space where you can show up authentically, without judgment, and explore what meaningful change looks like for you.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, my priority is to create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment where you feel comfortable beginning your therapeutic journey. We will explore what brings you to treatment by discussing your current challenges, goals, and any relevant history you feel is important to share. This initial conversation helps me gain a clearer understanding of your needs and what you are seeking from therapy. Together, we will begin to develop a collaborative and personalized plan to guide your sessions moving forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring a strong foundation in evidence‑based care, a flexible and collaborative style, and a deep commitment to supporting clients through meaningful change. My strengths include creating a safe and nonjudgmental space, adapting interventions to each individual’s unique needs, and empowering clients to build insight, and confidence.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with individuals who are motivated to take the next step for themselves. Collaboration is at the heart of the helping process, and I’m here to support and guide you along the way. This is a space where you can be real, without judgment, and grow at your own pace. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life changes, challenging emotions, or low self‑esteem, you are welcome to show up as you are and explore your sense of self openly.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Together, we will work to identify effective coping strategies that empower you to independently manage challenges. This approach will help you recognize and reshape unhelp thoughts, patterns, navigate difficult emotions, and make meaningful changes in behavior.

Family Therapy

I work with families to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and navigate challenges together in a supportive and collaborative environment. When appropriate, I may incorporate evidence‑based approaches, such as MATCH‑ADTC, to help deepen understanding of relationship patterns and family dynamics. Together, we will build coping strategies that promote healthier interactions, effective problem‑solving, emotional connection, and meaningful, lasting change.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

By helping clients develop greater awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations in the present moment, I support them in navigating difficult experiences and building a more meaningful way of living.

Trauma Informed Care

I have one year of experience utilizing an evidence‑based treatment method, MATCH‑ADTC (Modular Approach to Therapy for Children with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, or Conduct Problems). This flexible framework allows me to tailor interventions to each individual’s unique needs. I draw from CBT, exposure‑based techniques, and skills‑focused strategies to address the impact of trauma or challenging situations while supporting clients in building resilience and strengthening emotional regulation.

Psychoeducation

Psychoeducation is a key component in supporting clients as they work toward becoming their best selves. Incorporating psychoeducation empowers individuals to better understand their diagnosis and recognize how it relates to their day‑to‑day experiences.
