I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with experience treating a wide range of mental health concerns, using a combination of medication management and holistic, therapeutic approaches. I have worked in different areas, such as in-patient hospital settings, outpatient clinics, and telehealth environments, and I am honored to utilize this experience to help others to achieve their mental health goals. Feel free to reach out if you would like to schedule a visit during a time/day not listed as available. I will make every effort to accommodate your request.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session is a time to get to know each other. I will have some questions that will help me learn about you, and I will give you time to ask me any questions you may have. Afterward, we will come up with a plan that may include medication, therapy, or both. If medication is right for you, a prescription can be written that day.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with people from numerous, different backgrounds, experiencing a wide range of mental health conditions, I have learned how to provide treatment in the ways which best help meet collaborative goals.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with people who want to be engaged their treatment. Whether they have been working on their mental health for years, or they are just starting out, my goal is to help them get to where they wish to be. This requires collaboration between us to identify attainable goals that are meaningful to them and coming up with a plan to get them there.
