I provide relief to adults in California experiencing anxiety and overwhelm through a relationally based approach. I use my empathic style to connect to the suffering of my clients and help them move through this to a place of healing.
I help my clients feel safe to explore those parts of themselves that create the most distress. I assist my clients in the building of their awareness by acknowledging the roadblocks that are getting in the way and walking with them through this. I believe that growth begins when we allow ourselves to experience the discomfort we have been avoiding our whole lives, in a safe environment, equipped with the tools to manage the emotions we experience.

Jeanne started out by asking me key questions. Then She listens to my concerns, and provides ground exercises. She tries calling me by my name, which is personable.

Jeanne’s approach is very authentic. It seems tailored to me and not just canned responses. She is relatable without taking up too much space. She provides additional resources that have been incredibly helpful and makes me feel heard, validated, and empowered. I’m really glad to have found her :)
