I use empathetic and reflective listening to support self-awareness and acceptance. I focus on providing a safe place where you can tell your story without judgment. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience working in the mental health field. I provide individual psychotherapy for adults in all stages of their lives. I received my education from University of Valley Forge located in Phoenixville Pennsylvania where I achieved a BA in Counseling. I continued my education at Medaille College located in Buffalo, NY where I achieved an MA in Mental Health Counseling. I have worked in behavioral health, non-profit community-based agencies, school based settings, crisis settings and in private practice.
