I believe that our suffering holds the seeds for growth and insight. Supportive, safe relationships can nurture the process of healing. As a trauma-informed IFS (Internal Family Systems), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) trained, and somatic parts work / mindfulness-based approaches therapist, I am committed to creating compassionate, safe space for each person discover their own path of inner wisdom and healing.
Our first session will be focused on getting to know each other and discovering if we are a good fit. No pressure!
