My journey started as a high school teacher and after moving to the US, I pursued my passion for nursing. In our first session together, I will introduce myself and you will also give me a brief history of your mental health struggles, then dive into your current challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
