I have over 11 years of healthcare experience and bring a unique blend of personal, professional, and educational expertise to my practice. My journey started as a high school teacher and after moving to the US, I pursued my passion for nursing. I utilize a holistic approach to treating patients to improve their well-being through mind, body, and soul.

In our first session together, I will introduce myself and you will also give me a brief history of your mental health struggles, then dive into your current challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
