I am a Board-Certified Adult Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). First session

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, obtain history then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Strengths

Having worked in multiple settings for the past 13 years, I've developed and gained tremendous knowledge and understanding how to best create an individualized treatment plans specific for each client. I'm able to take a holistic approach to (a) identify causes of your challenges and (b) use all pharmacotherapy available on the market.

I enjoy working with clients motivated to reach their mental health goals. My clients are often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their symptoms and that is where I thrive in navigating how we can come up with a treatment plan and give guidance to achieve positive outcomes.

During my meeting with Roy, he had several preconceived notions that he attempted to apply to my FIRST session from other patients. He did not listen thoroughly to my issues, and often over talked me. He assumed that I had an assumption that I would see him and get answers same day. I was actually looking forward to building a relationship with this provider. He said that he would schedule follow up visits, then next thing I know I got an email saying he couldn't help. I do not recommend.
