In our first session, my team and I provided an introduction about the agency policy and rules, worked on establishing a therapeutic relationship with the clients, and gathered information to complete the In-Depth and CFARS/FARS assessments. In the second session, we worked on identifying the problems and following the pathways to help the client achieve their goals.

I love to work with people who are ready to start working on their goals, even though they may need to figure out their goals and the pathways that they need to follow in order to achieve them. At ARCH Mental Health & Healing Center, we are a team of professionals who are hoping to be a guide in your journey toward meaningful & lasting transformation! We are counselors who speak (English/Spanish). We strive to offer clients the best level of care by fostering a genuine & compassionate therapeutic alliance.
In my practice, I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients recognize and reframe unhelpful thought patterns that impact their emotions and behaviors. I find CBT especially effective when combined with other approaches tailored to each client’s needs. For example, I integrate Trauma-Focused Therapy to support clients with past trauma, Solution-Focused Therapy to build on their strengths and goals, and mindfulness techniques to promote emotional regulation and present-moment awareness. I also incorporate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to deepen emotional connections, particularly in couples and family work. This integrative approach allows me to offer personalized, holistic care that supports meaningful and lasting change.
