I am a licensed professional counselor who has experience in working with families, adults, and couples. My expertise are working with clients struggling with relational issues, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I believes that clients are the expert of their own lives and has an integrative approach to therapy with an emphasis on strength based, solution-focused, and client-centered therapy. I will work with clients to explore family and individual characteristics and dynamics to gain perspective and self-awareness. I also believes in empathetically listening and working together to tackle problems of life together to gain a healthier way of living. ** Availability: please note before scheduling that I am beginning to only have early morning available times for regular sessions (ie, 6:30 am and 7:30 am) thank you!

In our first session together, well start with brief introductions and then dive into specific challenges you are facing.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I work from a variety of different modalities in therapy (CBT, person-centered, strengths-based, attachment, etc.). My expertise and most of my experience is in family therapy. I like to pull from a variety of different approaches to fit best your needs.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have a background in family therapy. I have studied Family, Marriage, and Couples counseling in my masters program. The history of my work is with families. I have worked in a family based therapy treatment model. My work is not only with families I have extensive background in working with individuals; my work with families is helpful in providing individual therapy work as we explore family systems and family dynamics within individual therapy.
