Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Clients can expect to work through their challenges to get a better understanding of themselves, their wants, needs and goals so that they may go forward and be capable of living life in the most authentic way possible.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest skill as a therapist would likely be my ability to listen without judgment and provide unbiased support and guidance to develop treatment goals and interventions for your needs.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I specialize in working with transitional age youth and adults that are struggling with anxiety, depression, life changes and grief and loss. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their current circumstances.

Chervonne is a good listener and asks thought-provoking questions. She allows me to come up with answers to my questions and situations; she also offers good advice. After sessions with her, I find myself self-reflecting and looking at situations and challenges from a different/position perspective. She is helping me become more productive and motivated. Thank you Chervonne.
