Hello and welcome to my page! Starting therapy can feel uncomfortable and scary but I am here to help you begin that journey. My passion is helping individuals become the best version of themselves. I believe in holistic healing and work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life changes and life challenges to live a happier, healthier life. My approach is strength based and solution focused and utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques. I view our work together as a collaboration and strive to create a warm and caring space for that to happen. Together we will work together to identify your goals, find solutions, and learn coping strategies to help you overcome the challenges you are facing.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, I will ask some background questions, and we will identify what you would like to change. We will then begin identifying your goals for therapy.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

While treatment methods are based on individual need I will often utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strength-Based Therapy in my practice.

I am caring and empathetic and strive to create a judgement free space for our work to happen. I have worked with a diverse group of individuals in my career including different backgrounds, cultures and experiences. Each persons journey is their own and I am here to offer support, guidance, and expertise in helping you achieve your goals.
