Hello, my name is Jessica, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and bilingual therapist fluent in both English and Spanish. I strive to provide a warm, compassionate, and client-centered approach where you can feel safe, heard, and understood. My clinical focus is working with women who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and emotional struggles. My goal is to walk alongside you as you gain greater insight, develop healthy coping skills, and feel empowered to create meaningful change in your life. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I am committed to creating a space where you can openly explore your experiences without judgment. As a Christian therapist, I also welcome the integration of faith into treatment when requested. For clients who desire it, I incorporate biblical principles and spiritual support alongside evidence-based therapeutic approaches, recognizing that faith can be an important part of the healing journey. It would be an honor to support you as you work toward healing, growth, and greater emotional well-being.
In our initial sessions, we'll thoroughly explore your concerns and collaboratively develop a personalized plan to address them, aiming to restore balance and well-being in your life. Many clients experience a gradual alleviation of symptoms within the first month, with continued improvement over time.
What makes me unique as a therapist is my ability to integrate faith-based principles with evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including strength-based and solution-focused therapies. My experience across diverse settings—including mental health, schools, hospitals, and faith-based environments—has equipped me with the flexibility and insight to work with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and life experiences. I value meeting each client where they are and creating a therapeutic experience that is personalized, compassionate, and free of judgment. I respect each client’s beliefs, values, and cultural background, while offering a Christ-centered perspective when desired. My approach combines empathy, active listening, spiritual insight, and practical therapeutic tools to help clients recognize their strengths, navigate challenges, and work toward meaningful change. Ultimately, I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, understood, supported, and empowered as they move toward healing and personal growth.
My ideal client is a woman who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about how to navigate the challenges in her life and is ready to take meaningful steps toward healing and growth. She may be experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, self-esteem struggles, emotional difficulties, or a significant life transition. I especially enjoy working with women who are open to exploring their experiences, identifying patterns, building healthy coping skills, and recognizing their strengths. For clients who desire it, I also welcome incorporating Christian faith and biblical principles into therapy. My goal is to meet each client where they are, provide a safe and compassionate space, and support them in developing greater confidence, emotional wellness, and hope for the future.

As an experienced clinician in Christian counseling, I integrate faith-based principles with therapeutic practices to support clients' emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. This approach often involves incorporating prayer and scripture, when desired and a focus on the client's relationship with God to facilitate healing and personal growth.
As an experienced clinician in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns to foster positive behavioral changes. This approach equips clients with practical skills to manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues by focusing on the connection between thoughts, emotions, and actions.
As an experienced clinician in the Strengths-Based Approach, I focus on identifying and leveraging clients' inherent strengths and resources to address their challenges. This method empowers clients by building on their existing capabilities and fostering resilience, promoting a positive and proactive path to personal growth and problem-solving.
