Hi I am Amelinda. Are you feeling anxious, stressed, overwhelmed? Has the burden of life got you feeling down? Maybe you experienced a recent loss or work has become too stressful. Are you struggling in your relationship? I have been a therapist for 16yrs and have helped thousands of people overcome their unwelcome feelings and get back to being themselves again. Together we will work to process through stressors and past trauma that is contributing to these negative feelings. I use a cognitive behavioral approach to help develop more adaptive ways of thinking thereby reducing unwanted symptoms. I look forward to working with you!
In our first session we will review background information, discuss concerns, and develop a treatment plan together.
I work especially well with children, couples, anyone experiencing debilitating anxiety and panic, issues with self-esteem, communication and depressive symptoms.
I love working with people of all ages. My clients are motivated for treatment and eager to put in the work to improve their symptoms.
