Hi, I’m Michael, a Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience. My own journey—navigating identity, parenthood, and life’s challenges—led me to therapy and eventually to this work. I know how confusing and isolating it can be when your relationships aren’t working, parenting feels overwhelming, or you’re questioning who you are and where you're headed. That’s why I’m passionate about creating a space where people can feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow. I’m a parent myself, so I get how chaotic and meaningful life can feel all at once. I’m also someone who’s always learning—about people, relationships, and the world.

I offer one-on-one therapy for individuals navigating relationship struggles, men's topics, family dynamics, parenting stress, and personal growth. My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply empathetic — creating a space where you feel truly heard. I also bring a strong appreciation for multicultural experiences and the unique ways they shape who we are and how we move through the world.
