Area of Specialization-: Diagnosis, treatment, prevention of mental, emotional and behavioral issues. I provide holistic and patient centered care by partnering with clients to develop a treatment plan that meets clients' individual needs and goals. I have a track record of success in providing quality and compassionate mental health care to my clients and families. I offer an extensive range of services like supportive therapy and medication management with the goal to achieve clients' best outcomes possible. We will work together to come up with a plan that works the best for you. While it can be a bit challenging to reach out, no problem is too small to avoid seeking care. I would love to partner with you on this journey and help however I can!
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then go into the history of present illness and the specific challenges that you are facing at the moment. This will help me to create an individualized plan of care for follow-up sessions. Evaluation will include description of behaviors (like when do the behaviors happen? how long does the behavior last? what are the conditions in which the behaviors most often happen?). Description of symptoms (physical and psychiatric symptoms) and the effects of behaviors or symptoms related to work performance and activities of daily living.

I work with clients that are 18 years and above; clients with both chronic and acute psychiatry issues. I work with clients with substance abuse and addiction issues as well as clients with neurocognitive disorders. I provide counseling and psychiatric evaluation for immigration cases.
I utilize the treatment method that helps to improve, reinforce, and sustain clients' physiological and psychological well-being while navigating their problems with comfort, compassion, and empathy. Our goal is to provide an exceptional care with a non-judgmental approach.
By working with the clients to stay in the present moment, thereby increasing client' awareness of the thoughts, feelings and actions that can negatively impact progress. Meditations have shown to reduce anxiety and depression.
