Hello! I'm Aleema. Are you tired of pouring from an empty cup? Are you struggling to find balance? Do you constantly give so much of yourself to others, and are ready to make your healing journey a priority? Well you've come to the right place! I have an extreme passion for assisting people with finding their ultimate sense of health and well-being. I truly believe that no change happens in isolation. In our one-on-one sessions, we will explore feelings, beliefs, and behaviors that brought you to session. Holistic Healing focuses on the WHOLE person. I will take a holistic approach to treatment, and view each person as a whole being by taking into consideration the mental, emotional, physical, social, and spiritual states of well-being. In order to have long-term health and success, it is necessary to change behavior and explore possible mental roadblocks that may impede that success. I will assist you with healing from the inside out. All I ask if that you are committed to consistently showing up.
The first session will be a "getting to know you" session, so that you can decide whether or not we would be a good therapeutic fit. We will review the completed assessments, discuss needs, expectations, and treatment modalities. If it is deemed that we are not a good fit, I will refer you to another provider. Finding a therapist you mesh well with, makes all the difference in your clinical experience.
I look at each individual from a holistic lens, and assist with healing from the inside out.
I work with teens, and adults who struggle with Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, low self esteem or body image issues, poor stress management, poor work life balance, parenting struggles, and struggles to adjust to changes.

If you’re looking for a therapist that can hold you accountable. Keep you on track circle back to the things that are uncomfortable and then give you tools to work through them. She’s definitely the person that you would like to see a friendly face and a reminder that you can do this

Her identity, she looks like me! I felt a connection, her approach fits my style, her availability was great for my schedule, non judgmental, understanding, she challenges me with everything. She’s been my main source of speaking out on how I feel and what I can do to control or get me back to me, finding me and feeling secure in my changes. She’s a safe space for me to pour myself out and then receive feedback on how to grow.
You will learn to reframe unhelpful ways of thinking, reprogram learned patterns of behavior, and change the ways in which you currently cope with challenges you are faced with. There is a direct correlation between your thought, behaviors, and emotions.
