My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

In my practice, I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) by guiding clients to accept their thoughts and feelings without judgment, while actively committing to behaviors that align with their core values which involves teaching mindfulness techniques to become more aware of their internal experiences and helping them identify what really matters to them in life, allowing them to take action towards meaningful goals even when facing discomfort or challenging emotions.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In my practice, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is used as a structured approach to help clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that contribute to their mental health concerns, allowing them to develop healthier coping mechanisms and perspectives by actively engaging in self-awareness and behavior modification techniques, often with the support of "homework" assignments between sessions to practice new skills in real-life situations.
