New to Grow
Hi, I’m Brandy—Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over two decades of experience helping people navigate life’s challenges. For the past 25 years, I’ve worked across diverse settings in the mental health field, with 20 of those years as a licensed clinician. At my core, I’ve always been a helper—someone who believes deeply in the power of connection, healing, and growth.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
My approach is eclectic and personalized. No cookie-cutter plans here—your story, your strengths, and your goals shape the path we take together. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is key, and I take the time to truly understand your background, your current challenges, and what matters most to you. We’ll begin with a thoughtful, comprehensive evaluation to explore your life context, relationships, coping strategies, and hopes for change. From there, our sessions become more relaxed and collaborative, guided by your priorities. I’ll help you stay focused on your goals while offering practical tools, psychoeducation, and gentle accountability. I use assessments throughout our work to track progress and celebrate growth. Many of my clients begin to notice meaningful shifts within the first 90 days, and most complete their journey within 4–6 months.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
If you’re looking for a safe, supportive space to explore what’s holding you back—and to turn those challenges into stepping stones—I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Let’s start with a conversation. I look forward to meeting you.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I specialize in supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life transitions, and relationship struggles. But more than that, I meet you where you are—with compassion, curiosity, and a belief that even in discomfort, there’s potential for transformation.
