Are you struggling with life transitions, such as being a new mom or grieving the loss of loved one or relationship? Do you feel overwhelmed or stuck and cannot make a decision or step forward? I would like to support you in nurturing yourself and your dreams to reach that desired goal while navigating through these challenges. I work with mothers experiencing perinatal and postpartum anxiety and depression to strengthen their emotional well-being. Additionally, I work with individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, domestic abuse, relationship conflict, grief and loss, parenting challenges, life transitions, and supporting caregivers of aging parents.

First session

In the first session, we will get to know one another in a safe and nurturing space. Understanding that this is our first time meeting and maybe even your first time in therapy. I work with you at your own pace as we work toward building a trusting therapeutic relationship.
