I was skeptical of this style of therapy, but during the first 5 minutes of my initial session with Maura, I felt so comfortable. I feel after just a month of sessions that she is the right person for me; when we talk she challenges me to look at my thoughts from other perspectives, but also validates my feelings and tries to get to the root of things I'm experiencing. It's like I am talking to one of my girlfriends. I never feel judged and know that I can speak freely always.
