I have a very laid back, understanding, compassionate, and non-judgmental type of therapy style. I can promise you, there is nothing that you can tell me that I probably haven't heard before. Relax, light a candle, grab a cup of coffee, and let's start chatting about all of the different parts of YOU (the good, the bad, and everything in-between).

Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT) helps children address distorted or upsetting beliefs and attributions and learn skills to help them cope with ordinary life stressors. It also helps parents who were not abusive to cope effectively with their own emotional distress and develop skills that support their children.
