New to Grow
“Adulting” can feel overwhelming—especially when anxiety, relationship challenges, or major life transitions are in the mix. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I specialize in supporting young adults, college students, and LGBTQ+ individuals who are facing these exact struggles. Whether you are feeling stuck, anxious, or unsure of your next steps, you are not alone—and you do not have to figure it out by yourself. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. I do not believe in one-size-fits-all therapy or positioning myself as the expert with all the answers.
I see our work together as a partnership—one where we explore your strengths, clarify your goals, and build a path toward the life you want to live. In our first few sessions, we will focus on building trust and identifying what you hope to gain from therapy.
I offer a welcoming, non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. Together, we will create a personalized roadmap that honors your values, experiences, and aspirations. I am looking forward to meeting you!
I am a licensed psychotherapist that specializes in anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions. I have extensive experience working closely with young adults, college students, and the LGBTQIA+ community. I incorporate a variety of modalities such as CBT, DBT, Gender Affirming Therapy, and relational approaches to tailor to those of individual clients’ needs. Together, we will navigate stressors and work on your therapeutic goals through strengths exploration, cognitive restructuring, and motivational interviewing.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Collaborative experience where we utilize cognitive reframing and getting to root causes of core beliefs.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
Collaborative experience where we identify emotions and where they come from and how we can utilize concrete coping skills to help navigate these stressors.
Gender-affirming therapy
Collaborative experience where a safe space is created and client is encouraged to express true feelings of themselves.
Relational
Building a relational foundation is a top priority for my therapeutic practice to be able to effectively work together through goals and stressors.
