As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I specialize in supporting young adults, college students, and LGBTQ+ individuals who are facing these exact struggles. I am a licensed psychotherapist that specializes in anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions. I have extensive experience working closely with young adults, college students, and the LGBTQIA+ community. I incorporate a variety of modalities such as CBT, DBT, Gender Affirming Therapy, and relational approaches to tailor to those of individual clients’ needs. Together, we will navigate stressors and work on your therapeutic goals through strengths exploration, cognitive restructuring, and motivational interviewing.
