I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Boston, Massachusetts. I received my masters in mental health counseling at Framingham State University. I have also interned in services including counseling women victims of domestic violence, family and individual therapy, psychoses, social services for the community and the elderly population in nursing homes. I currently work as a clinician to promote the community reintegration of individuals with a criminal and psychiatric background. Therefore I have gained experience in helping diverse individual's who struggle with mental health challenges in their efforts to improve their well being in various contexts.

Art Therapy is to heal with art. A picture is worth a thousand words. In my 30 years experience as an Art Therapist iI have witnessed people heal with their art expressions. Art has a way of getting to the heart of the matter very quickly to foster self discovery, growth and healing. You do not need to be an artist to do art therapy. It's about the process not the product. It is creative and fun.

I am a Christian-informed therapist licensed in multiple States. With a background in clinical social work and a desire to see the building up of the body of Christ, I am passionate about supporting and encouraging my brothers and sisters as they seek to navigate the difficulties of life and develop resilience that can lead to personal healing and spiritual growth. My areas of expertise include managing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, faith formation, identity and purpose, peer relationships, transitional challenges, conflict resolution, forgiveness, etc.

I grew up in China and have traveled across Europe and the U.S.! I hold a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis and a master's degree in Social Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science. I am a PsyaD candidate. I offer both Telehealth and in-person session located in downtown Boston.
