Hi! I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) based in Massachusetts. I’ve worked in the field for 20 years providing counseling services for individuals and families. Using an integrative approach, I help individuals looking to build upon their strengths to improve coping skills, better their relationships, and create lasting change. Learning ways to identify our feelings, explore our values, and help to align our day to day life to those values is something that everyone can benefit from exploring.

Hi, I’m Allison, and I’m a therapist who works from a relational and attachment-informed lens. In our work together, I focus on creating a warm, gentle, and grounded space where you can feel genuinely seen and understood. I believe that healing happens in connection, and I approach therapy as a collaborative relationship for that reason. My style is attuned and conversational. I pay close attention to how your past relationships may shape your present experiences, and I support you in developing deeper self-understanding, emotional safety, and more fulfilling connections with others. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, identity questions, or simply wanting to understand yourself more fully, I meet you where you are and move at your pace. I’m honored to walk alongside you as you grow, heal, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have felt overlooked or unheard.

Hi, I’m Jenny! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) practicing in Connecticut, Maine, North Carolina, South Carolina, Utah and Virginia. I’ve had the privilege of working with people of all ages, but I especially enjoy helping adults navigate the ups and downs of life. My background includes working in community agencies, private practice, and with military families, which has given me a wide range of experience with challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, and self-esteem struggles. As a military spouse myself, I understand firsthand how stressful transitions, deployments, and constant changes can feel. I bring that personal perspective into my work, along with specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).

Hello, my name is Bernard Scott, and I live in Boston Massachusetts. I attended Boston Public Schools, attended Boston University for my bachelor's degree, Simmons University for my master's degree, and Southern California School of Professional Studies where I received my Doctorate (PsyD) in Counseling Psychology. I became licensed in (psychiatric) Clinical Social Work and received my LICSW License in 1996. I have been in this field for over 35 years and worked in a number of clinics, hospitals in Boston and Brockton. I enjoy helping people find their inner strength and work through those subconscious unresolved issues from the past so that the individual can finally be free from childhood traumas, past relationship issues ect. I strongly believe that between the developmental ages of 1 through 18 can and does affect who you are today and what ever happened to you between that time still has a hold on you today at the ages of 20, 30 50, etc. Getting rid of all that hurt, anger, trauma, etc. so that you can address it, work through it, come to terms with it and ultimately leave it all behind, and unload it.
